OZ Distributors USA, LLC. sells and ships products only within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Canadian Customers

The Lifenest ® Sleep system is is considered as a Class 1 Medical Device in Canada, as such, all Canadian orders will be handled through Distribution OZ North America, Inc. Please visit us at: www.ozdistributors.ca

You may not export any products purchased from OZ Distributors USA, LLC. or Distribution OZ North America, Inc.!.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, please call 1-877-658-0426 or e-mail Customer Service ar [email protected] for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. You will be responsible for the shipping cost except DOA. Configure-to-order, personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless DOA. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will offer you a refund. The product must be returned to the one of our warehouses within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unopened and unmarked packaging including any accessories, disposables (none used), and manuals that shipped with the product.

The 14 days Refund Form must be joined in the box. Please clearly reference the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Please note that OZ Distributors USA, LLC. or Distribution OZ North America, Inc. do not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:

  • Opened Boxes
  • Used products
  • Product that is custom configured to your specifications.

NOTE: We recommends that you:

  1. Use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and
  2. Either insure your package for safe return to us or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

If you choose not to:

  1. Use a carrier that offers tracking
  2. Insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
  3. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.

DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA) PRODUCT

If you believe that your product is DOA, please call our Customer Service at within 7 calendar days of the reception date. Our Customer Service will determine whether the product is DOA and offer you the Replacement. The same product that you ordered will be shipped to you at our expense. Our Customer Service will set up a replacement order and provide the procedure for returning the DOA product.

Product must be deemed DOA by OZ Distributors USA, LLC. or Distribution OZ North America, Inc. Customer Service within 7 calendar days of the reception date in order to receive a replacement unit.

DOA Terms and Conditions

This DOA policy applies only to products bought through OZ Distributors USA, LLC. or Distribution OZ North America, Inc. Web Store. As new products are offered, We reserve the right to determine whether or not this policy applies. If the product is deemed DOA by OZ Distributors USA, LLC. or Distribution OZ North America, Inc. Customer Service more than 7 calendar days after reception date, Our standard product warranty will apply. If the product is deemed by OZ Distributors USA, LLC. or Distribution OZ North America, Inc. Customer Service NOT to be DOA, our standard product warranty will apply. Shipping will be arranged at our expense for all products determined by OZ Distributors USA, LLC. or Distribution OZ North America, Inc. Customer Service to be DOA. OZ Distributors USA, LLC. or Distribution OZ North America, Inc. reserves the right to test returned DOA product. If the condition of the product is misrepresented by the customer, OZ Distributors USA, LLC. or Distribution OZ North America, Inc. may impose a $50 handling &shipping fee.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any OZ Distributors USA, LLC. or Distribution OZ North America, Inc. product, please contact OZ Distributors USA, LLC. or Distribution OZ North America, Inc. at [email protected] or by phone at 1-877-658-0426 from Monday to Thursday 11 am to 6 PM EST (US and Canada).

Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of your product's warranty. Please refer to the warranty information and other supporting documentation that came with your product.
